1.1. These General Terms, Operating Policy and Platform Agreement ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Selseve platform, website, applications, digital systems, administrative services and related services operated by Selseve Quick Service Agency ("Selseve", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our").
1.2. These Terms apply to every person or entity that accesses, registers on, submits a request through, provides services through, communicates through, makes payment through, or otherwise uses the Selseve platform, including:
a. Clients;
b. Artisans, service providers and workers;
c. Selseve administrators;
d. Selseve staff and authorised representatives;
e. Contractors and operational personnel; and
f. Any other authorised user of the platform.
1.3. By creating an account, submitting a service request, accepting a job, making or receiving a payment through Selseve, communicating through the platform, or otherwise using the platform, the user acknowledges that the user has read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and any applicable Selseve policy, service agreement or additional terms incorporated into them.
1.4. Where a user does not agree to these Terms, the user shall not register, access or use the relevant Selseve services.
1.5. These Terms are intended to operate together with Selseve's Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Client Policy, Artisan Policy, Service Agreement, Payment and Escrow Policy, AI and Automated Decisions Notice, Complaint and Dispute Resolution Procedure, and any other policy expressly incorporated into these Terms.
